Reducing machining expenses

Indian industrial growth of organised sector has opened up new avenues for small enterprenures. Expensive CNC machinery, costly labour, sky-rocketing material cost are the basic concern to keep your costing of product competitive.
Multi- operational tools are making their own space to keep tooling cost low. Earlier Pune was the hub for these special tools, but Faridabad and Gurgaon has come up very well too. These tools may be used before finish size. Drilling, reaming, chemfering, burnishing etc can be clubbed in a tool.
Although none of the organised sector is looking at this opportunity to provide accurate tools, but few small manufacturers are providing exeptionaly good quality tools.
